Apartments usually go on the market 2 weeks before the 1st and 15th of the month. The general rule is, if you see something you like and can afford, take it. Thinking about it overnight can prove costly. By morning a happy tenant will be signing your lease and moving boxes into your dream place. Download an application form and fill out. Prepare a complete rental package and bring it with you, when you come to view the apartment 1. Completed application form 2. Paystubs(3) - proof of income 3. Copy of photo ID, enlarged to 200% 4. Copy of Social Security Card, enlarged to 200% If you need to transfer money from one account to the other, get it done. Understand how competitive the rental market is. Be prepared, ready, and able to take an apartment you like immediately. Please Note: We do not show apartments without a full rental package. |
